Landscape Design
Step 1. – The design process starts with a phone conversation where we will listen to each customer’s needs and explore the options for helping to create their dream landscape. An estimated design fee will be quoted at this time based on information collected during the initial phone conversation.
Step 2. – An initial meeting will be scheduled with a landscape designer at the clients home to explore in more detail the ideas and possibilities of the project. It is at this time a final design fee will be assessed.
Step 3. – The designer will measure and photograph the property and begin the design process. A typical turnaround time for producing a landscape design is two weeks (turnaround times may vary depending on the season).
Step 4. – Once the design is completed a 2nd meeting will be scheduled to review the design. A fully scaled and labeled design will be presented and discussed with the client. An estimate can be provided at this time for installation of the project at no additional charge. If any revisions are needed, those will be discussed and can be completed usually with a day or two.
Step 5. – Once final design has been approved, a landscape agreement will be presented, and a 1/3 deposit will be required to schedule the installation of the project.
